Kayla, Office Manager, has completed her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in English. She also passed her Life, Accident & Health exam in 2017. She since has spent her time running the Yost Insurance Agency office and providing customer service to Medicare and Retirement clients. Kayla’s prior experience in the industry helps her ensure that the business runs smooth and efficient. Her exceptional communication skills shine when helping customers iron out any confusion or questions they may have regarding their insurance.
